Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Review

Once we receive your application, our hiring team will carefully review it. In addition to resumes, we would love to learn more about your experience in music and community, which will give us a better sense of who you are and why you're interested in this role.
Stage 2

Test Assignment

We'll send you a form containing a series of questions and test cases for you to respond to within the next few days. Feel free to review our Community Guidelines and Terms of Use carefully before and during the test.
Stage 3

Initial Interview

If your test responses meet our expectations, a member of our Community Team will contact you to arrange an introductory video call. This is an opportunity for us to chat, get to know each other better, and discuss the role. We may also follow up on your responses in the test assignment.
Stage 4

Final Interview

Following a successful initial interview, you will have a final interview with our Head of Community Team. We'll also give you a deeper rundown of the Community Operations Specialist role in the BandLab ecosystem. Here is the best time to come prepared with your follow-up questions!
Stage 5

Offer

The moment of truth! If you're a good fit for the role and the team's vibe, we'll offer you a spot in our Community Team. Our Talent Acquisition team will fill you in on all the details of your offer and address any questions you may have.
