Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Review
Once we receive your application, our hiring team will carefully review it. In addition to resumes, we would love to learn more about your experience in music and community, which will give us a better sense of who you are and why you're interested in this role.
- Stage 2
Test Assignment
We'll send you a form containing a short curation task (60–90 minutes).
- Stage 3
Initial Interview
If your test responses meet our expectations, we'll arrange an introductory video call (30 minutes) with a member of our Curation Team. This is an opportunity for us to chat, get to know each other better, and discuss the role. We may also follow up on your responses in the test assignment.
- Stage 4
Final Interview
Following a successful initial interview, we will have a final interview (1-hour session) to go deeper into your experience and alignment.
- Stage 5
Offer
The moment of truth! If you're a good fit for the role and the team's vibe, our Talent Acquisition team will fill you in on all the details of your offer and address any questions you may have.
